Office Manager – Water Damage Restoration Company
📍 Location: Knoxville, TN

Are you a highly organized and tech-savvy professional with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer service and problem-solving are key? If so, we want you to join our growing water damage restoration business as our Office Manager!

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support
Manage job scheduling and coordinate with field staff to ensure efficient operations
Oversee office organization, data entry, and documentation
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other software tools to streamline processes
Handle bookkeeping tasks, job costing, and invoicing (experience preferred)
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and online presence
Support other business operations as needed to help our team run smoothly

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology
✅ Bookkeeping and job costing experience (preferred)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
