Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects and estimate appointments simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills and be able to create accurate estimates based on a well-defined scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Understand customers' needs, assess damage, and provide professional consultations.
Scope & Estimating: Develop detailed scopes of work and generate accurate estimates based on the issue.
Project Management: Communicate job expectations to field staff and monitor project progress from start to finish.
Collaboration: Work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure smooth job execution.
Tech & Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to manage estimates, reports, and project tracking.
Multi-Tasking: Balance multiple projects, estimate appointments, and job site visits effectively.

Qualifications:

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.
Construction or trades experience preferred (water damage restoration experience is a plus).
Ability to create detailed scopes of work and accurate estimates.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software is a plus.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
