- Customer Interaction: Understand customers' needs, assess damage, and provide professional consultations.
- Scope & Estimating: Develop detailed scopes of work and generate accurate estimates based on the issue.
- Project Management: Communicate job expectations to field staff and monitor project progress from start to finish.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure smooth job execution.
- Tech & Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to manage estimates, reports, and project tracking.
- Multi-Tasking: Balance multiple projects, estimate appointments, and job site visits effectively.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.
- Construction or trades experience preferred (water damage restoration experience is a plus).
- Ability to create detailed scopes of work and accurate estimates.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software is a plus.
