We are seeking a technically proficient, customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. The Field Technician will provide air duct cleaning, mold remediation, and water damage recovery services to residential customers and commercial. We will provide all the training, equipment, and customers. You will provide attitude, professionalism, and dedication. Typical Duties Include:

Cleaning HVAC / air duct & exhaust systems (you get to learn stuff!)
Perform mold remediation per written protocol
Light demolition/removal of finished building materials (you get to break stuff!)
Hanging or laying plastic for barricades or barriers (you get to build stuff!)
Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations
Operating water collection vacuums or pumps to extract standing water from inside structures
Treat each customer as if they were family (you get to help people!)

Qualifications:

No experience required!
Experience in home services or construction fields is a strong plus
Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
Must be a self-starter
Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Working knowledge of basic PC operations
Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test

Compensation: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
